Boxing Program in Perth
In these group sessions you will learn boxing skills ranging from a fundamental level to more advanced and technical.
Boxing uses punches combined with footwork and head movement to avoid an attack. The exercises allow for a total body workout including cardiovascular, muscular and coordination development. Whether it’s daily stress relief, just to burn calories, or having fun, then Boxing is for you!
